Not that other airlines are much better in this regard. I had used UA miles on a KIX-DEL award ticket on OZ. Just got an email this morning that OZ has cancelled the DEL flight. Called UA & there is nothing they are willing to do except offer a refund.
Well this is a different situation... how many days prior did they do this?
AI is doing nothing here. Flights are all working as per schedule. This was an absolute unnecessary action by JL/AI/UK whoever.
AI just sent out an email on SK leaving *A. All FR tickets on SK are going to be honoured...
