Hi all. I got moved to OneKey on 20th Aug, mid-stay. My rewards account now reflects the value under the new OneKey terms rather than the reward night values as advertised at booking.
For anyone else in a similar situation, I asked for a complaints email via live chat and asked for the original 10% rewards value to be honoured for all of my existing bookings I made while I was still a Hotels.com Rewards member, and they got back to me the next day agreeing and uprating my 2% or whatever up to the full 10%.
If you make a fuss, you can still get the benefits! I thought it was worth mentioning for those in the UK disappointed to have been migrated.
