Just tried again and once again nothing. KLM/AF website is showing even more availability now, hundreds of seats on AeroMexico just on the route I'm looking at but Virgin CSR couldn't find a single seat. She was adamant that it was an availability issue rather than an IT issue although admitted that she hasn't booked an AeroMexico reward seat for months.

Still not working according to the lovely agent this morning - try again every week .... how's that going to work when I want to travel in two weeks time ?? Anyways Amex to KLM transfer requested but that's really not the point.
