I used them last year (on a trip where it was not possible to do a BAH) and was definitely good value for money. Only downside is they have now absorbed the excellent Hotels.com reward scheme into OneKey and the overall rewards package from the Expedia group has (IMHO) got worse. But the pricing can offset that disappointment.
I must say I don't really get this criticism of OneKey. If you can save hundreds of £££ (sometimes thousands) on just one booking as compared to BA.com, surely this is what matters? On top of that, you get full TP's and Avios to BA Exec.
Any benefits of old Expedia/Hotels.com rewards program are insignificant compared to cash savings.
Expedia loyalty program was never the reason for me to chose them, there are far more valuable benefits
