FWIW, there is an unmarked premium cabin immigration line at SGN. It's the rightmost of the ~4 priority lines to the left of the main arrival lines. Went for exiting the a/c to being landside (with checked bags) in under 20 minutes. VN BC ground handling services is very good and highly recommended. In air service isn't too shabby either.
