Looks like booking success stopped soon after 7am east coast (you could book it direct on Qantas without any tricks). It was unfortunately posted on Australia's most popular bargain website around 3am, and it's likely visibility will be high - people are now waiting to see if cancellations happen. I wish someone woke me up for it.

UPDATE 1pm: Reports coming in on that website that ticketed PNRs are no longer accessible. Cancellation emails expected soon.
UPDATE 8pm: Emails went out indicating mistake, however offering to rebook at same price in business class, with option to cancel otherwise. Will be interesting to see what booking class for miles & status credits.
