Your reservation should indicate whether you have Gold Service included with the reservation or not. If not, you will need to visit the counter in the terminal before heading to the parking garage.
When I view my rental from the “Rentals” tab of the app it doesn’t show anything about Gold but when I hit “view/modify” from my Account tab it shows President’s Circle - I should be good?
