I saw reports of this first on DoC and they were indeed speculating that it was an error and that the fine print was correct.
I would be delighted if this was a real change as I would encourage my wife to use her authorized user Aspire card for grocery and dining spend where possible. She likes simplicity and those are probably her largest recurring spend categories.
