Problem with seat allocation on one sector
I'm flying FRA-DOH-KUL-DOH-FRA next month. There have been several aircraft changes and until the last, I have been able to bag the seat I wanted on the new plane.
The first return leg from KUL to DOH is now on one of the old 777s with 2-2-2 seating in business class. No seat has been pre-selected for me, and when I select the seat I would like and try to confirm it I get the message "Something went wrong. Please try again later"
I've tried 5 or 6 times now using different browsers, but have had the same result each time. The interesting thing is that according to the seating plan no seats are shown as occupied on the leg, so I'm thinking maybe the aircraft is about to be changed again, so they're not letting anyone select seats at the moment. However this has been going on for over a week now.
I had though that I could check and change seating using other One World airlines Manage my Booking functionality, but I've tried AY, AA, RJ and even AT, all of which say they're unable to find my trip.
Should I be concerned?
