Looks like an amazing new property for Osaka. The Food and Beverage looks amazing and it makes sense when the General Manager use to be an Executive Chef. From what I took away from the video:
There is a beautiful looking Ofuro Bath that is available only to Titanium Members and up or those in suites or specialty rooms.
The Specialty Salon on the 38th floor (their version of an Executive Lounge) is available only to Ambassadors and up or those in suites or specialty rooms. Website says 5 different F&B presentations a day so I would assume Breakfast, Lunch, Afternoon Tea, Happy Hour, Dinner? Based on the video, ingredients seem very high quality like caviar, lobster, wagyu, karasumi (mullet roe). Seems like they are serving Laurent Perrier La Cuvée Brut Champagne in there as well.
I wonder if upgrades to specialty floor or suites allows you access to the specialty salon or if it's only for paid rooms.
