I tried phoning and they confirmed about getting off the plane, going through immigration (but no bag collection) with the transit free 24hr arrangement, etc. I tried with two agents but unfortunately the language barrier was too much to try to explain what gotogate had said. So not quite sure what to do there. I've tried to email so we shall see I guess...
I seem to be in an endless loop that if I try to logon to the booking with CS Air (which I did once before) to see if the ticket is indeed 'fully confirmed', I am sent to a login page for a username/password so am actually unable to check out my itinerary (since on gotogate, it is frozen on the old one) , select seats, or anything. Since gotogate clearly doesn't send changes on to me, I'll need to be checking the itinerary closely somehow. The flight now leaves FRA an hour earlier too and I would have had no idea.
