I imagine you are aware that American Express does not issue cards in Switzerland:
American Express Cards, issued by Swisscard AECS GmbH, Neugasse 18, 8810 Horgen.

I am indeed aware, however I still thought this to be the most appropriate place to post my inquiry. I also did not want to reactivate a quite old thread, but am still happy to have this moved or merged to wherever.
In any case, if anybody is interested, please find attached a list of benefits of the Swiss AMEX Centurion. They claim the benefits to be worth in excess of 15'000.- CHF if fully used. I apologise for the below list, as I took them as notes during the offer presentation.

Brochure (I really like the overgrown one)
Fee: 5000.- CHF per year + One time initiation fee of 5000.- CHF.
If you apply for it they will check your existing spend and use of your AMEX account and look at things such as professional position, mandates, if you're a public figure etc. . This included your submitted salary information and account information (should be fine if your statement lists anything in excess of 7 digits).
Personally, I don't quite see the point. The Travel Points appear to be the best benefit by far, but they are limited as you an only use them on travel booked via AMEX. And other than that I don't see much that would justify the steep yearly fee. Keep also in mind that I think it still comes with a 1.75% foreign transaction fee, although I forgot to ask about that specifically.
