Switching from Miles and More to another start alliace club

Hi everyone,

what is the best club I can switch to to maximise benefits from 3 business class flights and 1 first class flight booked for this year on star alliance?

my current points/miles status:
Lufthansa Miles and More: 110k miles, 400 points + 200 qualifying points
Amex points: 60k -> i can transfer these to some airlines via payback in germany
Miles and More credit card (which means I will keep getting some miles and more miles for my transaction, however since I got an amex it is becoming less and less relevant)

My upcoming flights for 2024:
return flight from Europe to India with air India - business class, paid with money scored a cheap fair on their website. I will get lufthansa points but not qualifying points.

return flight from Europe to hong kong - one way business class and the other one first class, paid with money (swiss and lufthansa). I will get qualifying points and become silver status, but according to their calculator only 6000 miles! paid about 1700 EUR for this ticket with the companion promotion.

My goal: Maximise miles to redeem later, rather than gain status. I am anyway not going to get anything better than silver status this year; even if i do, i have to win it again every year; and I have other lounge benefits / my partner is a gold member.

My problem:
I just realised that lufthansa changed to a points system. The miles I get are based on the price i paid (...?). Basically I booked flights with money on premium classes, but the only Miles and More privilege of flying 3 segments of Business and 1 segment of First in the upcoming months would be more points (useless for me, I will only make it to silver status this year which i dont care about). On their calculator it seems like that hong kong flights will only get me 6000 miles, which is ridiculous! I got about 4000 from a trip inside europe with tap...

I am now considering opening a new membership account in another star alliance club, and asking them to register the new membership number at checkin instead of the miles and more one. Then i can use my 110k Lufthansa miles to book a flight, and start gaining more miles in a different airline and potentially later combine it with a transfer from Amex.

what do you think?
