On a serious note, I am growing to like the B Admirals Club more than the bigger one. The AAngels seem to work much harder for me there. After I resigned myself to a long layover during IRROPS, 30 minutes later the AAngel had still been working to see what she could do and got me seats on a flight that had some seats open up and got me cleared into F preserving the upgrade. Also, the bartenders that work at the B club always seem to be more friendly.
The bartenders (my favorite is Anna) move between the clubs, so there shouldn't be too much variation in service at the bar. But the other statement -- about better AAngel service at the B club versus C/ D probably stands to reason, because there are often four agents at the B club serving a much smaller population than the six or seven agents at C/ D. BTW, I always do an ExpertFlyer search for inventory while waiting in line (AA will put you into any fare class in the correct cabin during IRROPS, I have found).
I then make a note of the flight numbers that "work for me" and propose them to the AAngel when I get to the front of the line -- tends toward a Win-Win outcome.
