SQ 326 (A380) BTC Beef Yakiniku. Pretty good, definitely an upgrade over the usual business class steak. Fatty beef taste, not much char, very rich. Dish would benefit from something sour (e.g., Japanese pickle) to give some contrast and cut the fattiness. Two layers of beef so it is more substantial than the picture may seem. Plain rice with the sauce was surprisingly tasty.

Agree on the Japanese pickled stuff and also I think the rice is not Japanese rice which should be easy to get worked out of SIN station at least. Regular white rice is bearable, but not the same taste experience.
Following up with my experience with the beef yakinuku on SIN-MAN a few days ago. I thought the beef was flavorful with a nicely clean fat texture/flavor. But I agree it needed some pickled vegetables and medium grain Japanese rice rather than whatever short grain rice was selected for the meal. That said I’ve enjoyed it more than most of the other options on Singapore the last few days.
