An update! When we checked bags they directed us to the gate for upgrades. Gate said just one Business seat available. We passed. Once all were seated suddenly they had "a few" seats available, for 199 Euros. We were settled in and chose not to move, they did fill them quickly, but it seems they could have done a better job monetizing those seats.
