As the title suggests, it seems that it is a pain to reset the 5-digit PIN for my account. I need this PIN to reset my 2FA. The customer service has been utterly horrible telling me to click on the reset password/PIN link repeatedly, which only allows me to reset my password, but not the PIN. Now, I am pretty much stuck. The webpage has two buttons to click "Request PIN" and "Reset password/PIN link", no matter which one I press, it both directs me to a reset password page. Any help would be appreciated, thanks!
