The histroical thread is CO/UA Million Mile (and Beyond) Flyer Benefits, Effective Spring 2012 but it was a fairly simple change.

On making a MMer threshold you were given upgrade certs in the premerger UA progrqm, post merger that was dropped and you received the opportunity to named a MMer companion, Some liked it, some hated it,
