Is this just happening at LGW or is it UK-wide?

I suppose it's not big deal for 'those in the know' but if you Mr & Mrs Average who have no concept of how to use OLCI/SSCI then a lot of people are going to get confused.

Though personally I have always found FBD to be fast, never had more than one person infront of me.
