Searching BKK-KIX or KIX-LAX one way individually on some of those dates doesn't work either. Is this a married segment that can't be broken up with a stopover? Or some other rule?
Edit: I should have RTFM.. likely married segment restriction?
Have you tried calling? Last year an agent was able to help me construct a stopover via HKG on CX where the website failed to display. Both segments I wanted were available when searched individually. In addition, the website had been able to show me the exact multi-city itinerary I wanted a few days before, but it disappeared when I finally decided to book.
But I do suspect there could be some married segment logic at play. Earlier today I saw HND-SFO-ORD in JL/AA F available on AA site, but the F segment would not be shown if I just searched HND-SFO. AS site doesn't show any JL F availability. Or it could just be phantom.
