phone # for linking chase cards-online feature broken
Just tried to link a brand new card into existing acct online & got error message. It said to call 800-242-7338. When I did they said this was Chase "checking & savings dept". He transferred me to the credit card area and the rep. spoke broken English so I hung up. Can someone PLEASE give me the correct phone #
