I flew YUL-YYZ-VIE. I got upgraded to J on both flights, service was amazing, lounge was not overcrowded and had good food and drink.
Flight arrived early and the captain communicated when it would take 5 minutes to wait for the gate

Seriously though I would 100% write it in. I feel I write enough when things go awry the least I can do is recognize excellence when it does happen.
