I bought airline headphone adapter (see below) for Bose QC 45 from amazon but it didn't work in AA business class.


I had to use adapter that was provided with 6 years old Sony noise cancelling headphone belonging to my wife.

Why does Bose not provide headphone adapter like Sony?

Headphone adapters have 2 prongs but in business class headphone comes with 3 prongs and there are 3 holes???

Any recommendation which airline headphone adapter can I get (preferably original but couldn't find one) which will work in various airlines?
