If nobody knows, I'm going to test it at some point with Ralph's BHN/GiftCardMall, somewhere where they have (hopefully variable) Vanilla or SS that I can buy at SCO. I'm okay eating an extra ~1.2% fee if it can switch me over to a better VGC.
I’ve bought ss vgc at WM with ODOM BHN VGC when they had the rebate deal at ODOM. That was before I found the EW ones that work for full drain at WM.
SS VCG works for loading at WM
