Thanks guys. I'll check these out over the next few days. I also, in the meantime, found that GPS Tracks works well. The offline maps are paid, but a test run of driving to work with data and wifi off yielded exactly the results I was looking for.

I'll be sure to check the two that you recommended out as well.
