A tiny risk. There’s also a risk that MIA-PHX gets canceled. Or that PHX-LIH gets canceled. Or diverted. Or that the OP oversleeps or gets a flat tire on the way to the airport.
There’s no risk free option. And obviously, generally speaking, a longer connection decreases the risk. But this does appear to be the best option (unless the OP wants to build in an overnight connection and overnight in PHX or LAX) and there’s a very high chance that the OP makes the connection.
