Looking at the location of the Grand Hyatt Deer Valley, it appears to be pretty close to a highway. This is odd considering that it might potentially cause issues with noise down the road, literally. I am curious about the first reviews whether or not that will be an issue.
Why would they build a brand new holiday resort that close to a major road? It's not an airport or city hotel.
The traffic on that highway isn’t going to be like traffic on a highway in LA or DC.
Vail is built along a highway too. You have to build where you can. It’s not like there are that many options where you can build a ski in ski out village base.
