I arrived a few hours early for my flight, so it's time to try out the food and drinks and connect to the net. The first thing I did was try to connect to the WiFi. It dropped out before I could even type in the excessively long username and password. After that, it just kept refusing to supply an IP address. My phone got bored of the constant drop-outs and automatically connected to the airport WiFi, which works fine. (The lounge one worked about an hour later when I tried again.) Then I thought I'd go and get some orange juice at the bar. It's listed on the menu, but there's none there. OK, how about some gin? None to be seen. I enquired and was told it's run out. Seriously? We are literally looking down over bars and duty-free shops and they can't find any gin. These guys really couldn't organise a piss-up in a brewery.

Someone was able to find some orange juice out the back and I set up my laptop at a table near the bar. Power outlet doesn't work. Tried another spot. Power outlet doesn't work. Of the power outlets at tables facing away from the bar, how many work? Zero!
So I’m understanding your complaints as follows:
1. Can’t get WiFi to work…. Tbh I never even try because they so often don’t work. I just have an e-sim and, failing that, a roaming contract which give me tonnes of data, and I guess that’s just the way people do it these days. I think most people in the modern world can’t be bothered tapping in endless passwords. These public WiFi networks also have a bad name for security, so a lot of people avoid them, and that probably doesn’t encourage the service provider to maintain it well.

2. No gin, no orange juice…. Glad they found the OJ for you otherwise it really would have been poor. The gin surprises me a bit but which alcoholic drinks are available in lounges is, to be fair, sometimes a bit hit and miss.

3. Power didn’t work… Do you mean the plugs? I have often charged both phone and laptop in the Loft and don’t recall any issue, although last time I was there there was a guy in technician’s clothes going back and forth with a tool bag, so you may not be alone… Hope you let them know.

Btw I always enjoy my stay in the Loft and, equally, enjoy a friendly chat with the ladies and gentlemen at the front (it’s often the same ones… I’m not sure if they work for Belgavia or Aviapartner or whatever the latest label says, or for SN itself.) And to be fair, I do speak their language(s), which might make a difference. Either way, I have always found them responsive to courtesy and reasonable requests.
