I am sorry , if you are so busy then hire more people (and pay them more), is this really rocket science? I am travelling so much recently that I am now more out of the UK than in and have experience with bag collection at so many airports now that the T5 staff can't really pool a wool over my eyes with their excuses. While that is the simple solution, changes in the demographics around the airport means it is, unfortunatelt, not as simple as that.
