She has undertaken to flag this up elsewhere within BA by e-mail and to call me back within 2 days. I gave her screenshots of the page in question. Will keep this thread updated as soon as I hear anything.
I had that same issue with updating my passport a few weeks ago so that's not a new thing. I always got that same message when trying to update it in my exec club account, I ended up doing it through MMB (after customer services said they would do it for me if I sent the details and never did).
