Of course, depending on vehicle availability, different rental agencies may have the lowest fare at different locations. I was comparing the SAS CDP with other CDPs for Hertz and then this SAS campaign was favourable. Though, the rate itself is quite high compared to what I usually pay, so I'm assuming they have plenty of bookings around the time I'm arriving and have racked up the rates. I will monitor the rates and rebook if they drop for my dates later.

In fact, Avis had better rates for my trip as well (even though they were quite high as well, I guess they also have plenty of reservations in the books), but I need the SAS status/level points to maintain my EB status, so choose Hertz over Avis despite the price difference.
