Chase Secure Message Center Not Allowing Me To Message Them

I am logged in to my business account and am trying to send Chase a secure message and it says "This part of our site is undergoing a planned outage. Try again later." I tried on my husband's account the exact same way with the same message and it sent no problem. I have tried multiple browsers and the app and get the same message. Any suggestions?
