I have the lowest card with miles and more and use my miles and more amex (brussels airlines cc) every months so my miles never expire.
Some weeks ago i noticed on my account that a huge amount will expire in 09/2024 which is a bummer for me as i wont be able to use them until then and dont really need so many flights until 09/2025

I called their call center but they obviously dont know why my miles are supposed to expire even if i use amex every month.

i wrote a complaint but no reply

did it happen to any of you?

any advice how to go about it?

i don’t want to wait until they tell me that they cant change it
