I waited 75 minutes yesterday afternoon. Seems pretty standard (and unacceptable) for the last few months.
I've also noticed that regular bags sometimes come out at the last carousel at the southern end of T5 - Maybe carousel 11? That's happened to me twice in the last few months from long hauls.
