Agreed, I'll also add that the card is a useful way of demonstrating actual "activity" in your FB account because the program is known to often restrict incoming transfers from MR/TYP etc. for accounts that don't demonstrate any other substantive earn activity. Given how useful FB can be as a miles redemption program, I count this as an additional plus.

The anniversary miles are plausibly worth about $60, so keeper status depends mostly on whether you're using the XP (viz. "are you crossing 100 XP per year?")... if you are, the 20 XP is worth the rest of the annual fee.
