A bus stand, also called a bus bay, or bus stance, is a designated parking location where a bus or coach waits out of service between scheduled public transport services. 'Bus stand' is also often an alternative name for specific bus stops inside a bus station.
With the setup at T4 arguably being a bus station, the bus stand, bus stance, bay and stop can all be used.
The joys of the English language.
yes at T4, like the other terminals, with the sheer volume of different buses, the stops are numbered and specific services use specific stops.
As per your first post, H30 leaves from bus stop/stand number 11.
It is in the middle of the row of stops closest to the terminal building. If you click on view map on this link you can see where it is. This map is for the 482 which uses the same stop/stand and goes to T5, as does the 490. (The 482 and 490 going towards from T5 towards hatton cross use stop 10 at T4)

As they are all from the same stop, i would just take whichever T5 bus comes first (H30, 482 or 490) and pay the 1.75 if it was the TFL bus. Journey time is 10 to 15 minutes. cws is always happier to get to LHR a little later than I am comfortable with. for a 6:30 departure, i would probably aim to get to the bus stop at T4 around 5am. 482 at 4:57 H30 at 5:03.
