Weather: UK: A bright and dry day with sunny spells. Strong upper winds and headwind. WSW'ly winds, becoming SSW'ly this eve Europe:
Before 0600 UTC, isolated to clustered CB will be present over eastern and south-eastern Europe.
Throughout the day, these clouds will develop more widely across these regions due to daytime heating. Therefore more delay to be expected over the Balkan area.
Additionally, isolated to clustered CB will form over southern and central Spain, which might turn into regulations.
After 2100 UTC, these clouds will continue to persist over parts of eastern Europe.
