Crazy we have to use a third airline to get information on a Qantas booked flight on AA. I was on hold with qf in South Africa for over half n hour to get the AA PNR. Worse, the QF site shows baggage included on the initial screen but when you log in to manage booking the baggage is no longer shown as included AND you can’t add it on the AA website as it’s not marketed by AA.
if I book a United award ticket in a partner it clearly lists the partner airline PNR - simple.
