We just wrapped up a week stay, we really had a lovely time; 2 adults, 2 children, in a suite (non gold). If time permits I will follow CanadaDH's review with a mini of my own.

For now here is a high level summary:
I last stayed here in 2014 and it remains in top form, with nice light refreshes here and there.
Some elements do reflect the hotel is 15 years old, but they aren't deal breakers (Items showing age; most AV, light switches, limited outlets)
All colleagues we interacted with genuinely cared and presented the hotel and brand with pride.
