My mother got the salmon and I tried a piece, it was not overcooked on that particular afternoon. Maybe cooked very slightly past medium, so I guess if you like it under medium it might be too done? The only entree we didn't try was the chicken. I also got the spinach salad which came out tasty since the strawberries were nice and ripe, forgot to post a photo of that one here. Didn't try any other rotating desserts as we always go for the cookie skillet.
