It is probably a good idea to install the Miio app on your phone, this worked better than the Shell card in April this year - that is, at stations that support app charging. For those that require a physical card, you'll have to use what Europcar provides you with. Anecdotal evidence is that the app works quite well on iPhones, OK on "official" Android, and not really at all on Xiaomi or Huawai phones.
