There is only one Skylight Hotel which has 5 wings (A,B,C,D,E). You can be assigned to a room in any of the wings regardless of your class of service. The only difference between Y and J is the meal vouchers (which has more options for J class pax).
The driver told me otherwise when I last passed through so I guess YMMV then. I didn't find the J food options particularly appealing the few times I've passed through.
