I’ve always wanted to try the LCY-BLL route, but as you say, it is really expensive. I can easily save £150 or more by flying from LHR instead. So I do, as, sadly, no one pays for my splendour but me. My mum was rebooked to the LCY departure a few months ago, when her LHR-BLL flight got cancelled. I was so jealous.
