No pics of the prearrival service since....it was not offered at all??? I was well awake the last 3.5hrs of the flight. I didn't see anyone having it either nor did I see FAs serving it to others. By the time it hit me that it had not been offered/served, we were less than an hour out. Any ideas why? It's a 10hr flight, so lack of time is no excuse.
That's bizarre and unacceptable. Was there "turbulence"? I certainly would have asked for a refreshed drink (at least) before landing, and might have gently inquired about the prearrival service 1.5 hours out. I would complAAin.
