The hard product is impressive despite the quirkiness of the designer.
If I had consulted I would have tried to keep things simpler tone down the nightclub bordello lighting in places.
That said the breakfast is stunning outdid the Park Hyatt Sydney!
I would kill to have a property like that just as is in New York Los Angeles or San Diego even Las Vegas
The bad reviews on average are for the green inexperienced team members who are delivering poor service.
Location is subjective. While it has close access to CBD somewhat it is surrounded by highways not ideal and somewhat difficult
to reach on foot though not a problem though if driving. As much as we went wild for the breakfast which is to much of a good thing
one is overlooking traffic. It isn't the serenity of Hyde Park or The Rocks overlooking the Opera House at the end of the day
Because the hotel is so big and the team strained and unpolished it may take a long time if ever to offer the personal level of service
many Bonvoy elite and non elite members may be ultimately seeking
I'd come back just to dine there if they don't mess that up! I wish them well
Nice addition to the city even with the bumps in the road
Competition is good for travelers to keep rates more reasonable
