AA195, LHR-PHX, 945am departure, Aug 19th

Pre-selected the chicken penang and it did not disappoint. The small plate was nice. Salad was sad. Sundae was yummy.

Mid flight, I Nibbled on a key lime pie and cheese plate I got from the bar.

No pics of the prearrival service since....it was not offered at all??? I was well awake the last 3.5hrs of the flight. I didn't see anyone having it either nor did I see FAs serving it to others. By the time it hit me that it had not been offered/served, we were less than an hour out. Any ideas why? It's a 10hr flight, so lack of time is no excuse.
