Ok so BA got this wrong, possibly because they had the same difficulty understanding what happened that I had. Claim specifically EC261 cancellation compensation for the BOS flight and hotel and car hire reimbursement for PHL to BOS. And CEDR at 8 weeks. It's actually a non controversial claim once the details are clear.
