This is what the e-mail announcing the demise of the FRA flight said:

So yes flying Discover one should have access to the MLL.

As to the international Aspire lounge, AC no longer provides access. I would be very surprised if Eurowings would, given that it is a so-called "low cost" subsidiary of LH. However some Amex (not the AC one) do provide access. Not that I like that ounge BTW.
