It's not beachfront, nor is it on Palisades Park, and expectations should be adjusted accordingly (the Pico Blvd. address alone should do that if you're familiar with LA). But it is certainly in Santa Monica, less than a mile from the pier and a pretty easy walk to Main Street as well.
