You as a purchaser are your own travel agent, not the airline. They sell a product, you agree to purchase. Do some research.
That would be great if this were publicly available information. Most airports do not publish the hours of their airside areas. You can find some information on third party websites, but you can't necessarily rely on that because if that information changes those websites don't necessarily update. I'm not saying they need a popup with this information, just that it needs to be available on the website. They have available the hours of their ticket counters at each airport, why can't they have the hours of the airside at the airports where it's relevant?
